The covered outdoor plaza shelter adjacent to Hartford Hall, parkside of The Mill, can be rented for events and is approximately 700 sq. ft.
The outdoor plaza is available for half-day rates from April 1 - September 30; times are 9 am - 3 pm or 4 pm - 10 pm.
As an extension of North Cove Park, alcohol service is prohibited in the outdoor plaza.
Reservations for the outdoor plaza:
Cost:
- Sunday - Saturday: $100 daily rate
- April 1 - September 30: $60 half-day rate; 9 am - 3 pm/4 pm - 10 pm
Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation.
