Reserve a City Facility Online

Thank you for considering Lake Stevens parks for your upcoming rental event or service.  The city has several great places to host family and community events, visit our options below.

Please use our new online reservation application, and click the "Reserve a Facility Online or Check Availability 24/7" button below to launch.  

You will then need to create and set up a user account to reserve a city facility. Select the Welcome! Start Here tab for the instructions.

Below is a map highlighting the different parks in the City of Lake Stevens. The map is connected to our new online reservation portal. If the park has rentable facilities, the link that says "Rent a Facility Here", will be active.  After clicking a link to reserve a facility from the map, you will be directed to CivicRec. You will need to create an account before reserving a facility. Follow the steps on the "Welcome! Start Here" tab inside CivicRec to create an account. To view more information on a park, follow the "Park Website" link to learn what amenities are offered.

Both Lundeen and North Cove Park offer swimming, a covered picnic area, a playground, and wetland viewing areas.  

Rent a Garden Bed

Eagle Ridge Community Garden provides approximately 74 beds, including ADA-accessible beds, for the community to rent to grow food and flowers.

Rent an Athletic Field

The 20th Street Ballfield, a park located at 8629 20th Street SE, is currently under development to improve existing amenities like the practice field,  trailhead, and dog park.

The Mill on Lake Stevens (The Mill) is a multi-use building located in the heart of Old Town Lake Stevens, at North Cove Park.  It is a versatile rental space with two levels and is available for a variety of city, community, and private events, including home to the City Council Chambers.
