Park shelters and The Mill outdoor plaza are available:

As an all-day rate year-round.
Half-day shelter and half-day outdoor plaza rates:
- Only available April 1 - September 30; there are no half-day shelter or half-day outdoor plaza rates available October 1 - March 31.
- Shelter half-day rental times: 8 am - 2 pm or 3 pm - 8 pm
- The Mill outdoor plaza half-day rental times are 9 am - 3 pm or 4 pm - 10 pm.
