The Lake Stevens Rowing Club is holding a US Rowing sanctioned event, the Head of the Bull Trout Regatta, on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at North Cove Park.  There will be boat launch and street closures to support the event, beginning Friday, October 24.  Davies Beach will remain open for the community's boating needs.

• North Cove boat launch strip parking - Friday, October 24, 6:00 AM - Sunday, October 26, 9:00 PM
• North Cove boat launch trailer parking - Saturday, October 25, 10:00 AM - Sunday, October 26, 2:00 PM
• Mill Spur, gravel parking and paved parking - Saturday, October 25, 7:00 AM - Sunday, October 26, 2:00 PM
•  North Cove boat launch - Sunday, October 26, 12:30 AM - Sunday, October 26, 2:00 PM
