Who can apply?

Property owner, an agent of the owner, or a Washington State licensed contractor.

Types of online permits available 

Only residential, single-family, two-family dwellings and townhouse permits which are listed below are available online. These would include new construction, remodel, addition and repair or replacement. All other permits must be applied for at the Permit Counter.

All work is subject to field inspections by the City of Lake Stevens inspectors.
