The city of Lake Stevens (Lake Stevens), Sno-Isle Libraries (Library) and Lake Stevens Sewer District (LSSD) are exploring the potential for a private-public partnership to build a joint civic complex. Lake Stevens will lead an exploratory process for development of the property located near 99th Avenue NE and Market Place in the Chapel Hill area. Lake Stevens and the Library each owns separate parcels at this location. 

Responses will be accepted until 4:00 PM, Monday, June 15, 2020. The selected firm or group for this project would execute a contract and begin necessary responsibilities after selection. For more information please see the full news release here.
