The Lake Stevens City Council recently passed the final ordinance allowing mobile vending units (food trucks, carts, or other vehicles) to operate within the city. Originally, food trucks were only allowed when accompanying a special event. This final ordinance replaces the interim regulations passed earlier this year and includes reduced submittal requirements and a reduced application fee of $75.
