The health and safety of our community remain our top concern, and the City of Lake Stevens is doing its part to help contain the spread of this COVID-19. We are always reevaluating the balance between the community’s needs to utilize city facilities and public safety.  

With Phase 3 in effect, the City has released its COVID-19 Facility Rental Policy that has a flexible allowance for facility rentals for social gatherings and events, while maintaining COVID state and local mandates.  Restrictions are still in place, like occupancy restrictions, social distancing, and mask-wearing. 

Please note that any changes in COVID-19 mandates (before or day of your event at any city facility and/or shelter rental) that renders your event non-compliant, the City is required to cancel the event and a full refund of all fees will be issued.
