On Saturday, October 30, 10 am - 1 pm, the Lake Stevens Senior Center has partnered with the Snohomish Health District to bring a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic to the Lake Stevens community seniors and vulnerable residents. This clinic will offer:
- Pfizer - 1st, 2nd, or booster dose
- Johnson & Johnson - 1st dose only
- *10/25 update - Moderna - 1st or booster dose
To qualify for a booster, proof of prior Pfizer or Moderna vaccines is required, i.e. CDC vaccination card. Registration/consent forms can be picked up at the Senior Center or online at https://prepmod.wa.gov//appointment/en/reg/0012621589 to register.
