The City of Lake Stevens is seeking a qualified person or firm (firms) to contract for Hearing Examiner services. Hearing Examiner services being sought include reviewing information compiled by City staff, conducting quasi-judicial and appeal hearings, and making written decisions (including findings of fact and decisions of law) consistent with state law and city code.   The deadline for submittals is 8:00 am on May 8, 2023.
