At the June 18, 2024, City Council meeting, a resolution was passed accepting the name, West Lake Park, as the formal name for the park known formerly as 20th Street Ballfields. 

West Lake Park is located at 8629 20th Street SE.  Planning began in 2020 to develop this park with athletic fields, dog parks and trailhead for the Bayview Trail that will connect with Marysville.
