2024 Pavement Preservation Update as of September 23, 2024.
The City’s Contractor will grind and pave the two remaining sites. This will require them to fully close one lane and flag traffic through the other lane while they grind the old asphalt and pave back new asphalt. They will then adjust the utilities in the road to match the new paving.
Dates and locations:
- 9/23 – Grind & Pave at 20th Street NE between Ashley Pointe and 116th Street NE
- 9/24 – Utility Adjustments at 20th Street NE between Ashley Pointe and 116th Street NE
- 9/25 – Grind & Pave at 4th Street NE between HWY 9 and Lakemont Avenue
- 9/26 – Utility Adjustments at 4th Street NE between HWY 9 and Lakemont Avenue
The project manager will be posting an update on our capital projects website.
