The Lake Stevens Arts & Parks Foundation will be installing the Legacy Fish on the back of the seat wall by the water feature at North Cove Park beginning September 9, 2024. The first step to prepare the wall will require closing the water feature this week.  

The water feature will intermittently open and close for the project stages, which include sealing and painting the wall, and installing the metal fish. We will continue to update this post as the project moves forward.
