Interested in learning more about the zoning changes being proposed as part of the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update? The City has developed an interactive “StoryMap” showing existing and proposed zoning and provides additional context on why they are needed. Property owners affected by or within 300 feet of a proposed map amendment will receive postcards with a link and QR code for the StoryMap in the coming days. You may also notice land use notice signs posted near the proposed changes. 

The Planning Commission will hold a final work session on the plan at their Wednesday, September 18, 2024, meeting and will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, to review the plan and make a recommendation to City Council.
