If you manage or represent a development or HOA, please provide your contact details. This ensures you will receive: timely updates about inspections and facility health; maintenance guidance and resources; and notifications about issues that may affect your property. Working together, we can help protect our local waterways and ensure stormwater systems are functioning as intended. - Parking will be enforced at North Cove and Davies Beach boat launches; $100 citations will be issued for parking violations. Per LSMC 7.12.090: Failure to display valid permit or receipt for paying day use fees. Cars parked in designated boat trailer stalls. Citations are issued by the Lake Stevens Police Department and directed to the Marysville Court for processing. Citations will be issued for non-payment of fees. Visit the City's boat launch page, https://lakestevenswa.gov/boatlaunch for more information.
- With the ongoing construction occurring on Main Street in the North Cove Park area, during summer 2025, there is an increase in traffic congestion and changing traffic detours.
