The City is seeking to hire a consultant or team of consultants, to prepare the city’s first Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces (PROS) plan. This plan will provide a 10-year vision for parks, recreation, open space and trails for the community, and should offer financially sustainability and show realistic level of services standards, goals and priorities.

To be considered for this project, the Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on March 28, 2025.  No submittals will be accepted after this date and time.
