[ARCHIVED] HarvestFest 2025

Harvestfest is on Halloween, October 31

The City's free, family-friendly annual event, HarvestFest, returns to North Cove Park on Halloween Friday, October 31, 2025, from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

From 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Mill Spur, and a portion of Main Street in front of The Mill (1808 Main Street) will be closed from 18th St. NE (the Lake Stevens post office) to the Jay's Market Plaza driveway, to support mobile food truck parking and ensure safe crossing for the community to visit plaza businesses. Vehicle and community access remains open to the plaza businesses. Please observe detour signs in the area.

  • Mobile food vendors will be available for food purchases.
  • Free activities include trick-or-treat at the business and community group booths, arts and crafts, and exploring big rig vehicles on Mill Spur.
  • 4:00 - 5:00 pm is a sensory-friendly hour where there will be no vehicle sirens sounded.
  • Join in the all-ages costume parade and show off your costumes around North Cove Park at 5:15 pm. Gather at 5:00 pm at the stage area near the lake; no registration required.

Are you interested in participating in this event?

  • Local community groups and businesses are invited to participate with a booth space or as a mobile food vendor and provide candy or a giveaway for trick-or-treaters.
  • The number of booth/mobile food spaces is limited; sign-ups will close when all spaces are filled or by the application deadline.
  • Visit the Programs and Activities page for information on event participation and complete an application.
  • Application deadline is Friday, October 17.

Contact the Parks Department at 425-622-9406 events@lakestevenswa.gov if you have questions about the event.

This event is separate from the Lake Stevens Harvest Market, which is Saturday, October 11, 11 am - 4 pm.
