Town Hall: Public Engagement Night is your opportunity to hear what’s going on around the lake while connecting with your Mayor and city staff. Mark your calendars for Monday, October 6, 2025, at 7 pm, at The Mill. The evening will feature two presentations with Q & A to follow.
It's no secret the City of Lake Stevens has grown quickly over the last 15 years, and with growth comes more infrastructure and residents to care for. Mayor Gailey along with city staff will present “Doing More With Less by Improving Processes and Culture” sharing how the city standardized and improved procedures to efficiently deliver consistent services to our residents. As well as how the American Public Works Association (APWA) accreditation process transformed the city's work culture.
Mayor Gailey will also share a city updates presentation discussing completed, current, and future capital projects while showcasing significant accomplishments and our vision for the future.
After the two presentations, Mayor Gailey will open the floor to Q&A for residents to ask him questions about local projects and community initiatives. A couple of city departments will have booths set up in The Mill to engage residents on their programs and other city events and engagement opportunities coming up.
This town hall is an opportunity to engage directly with Mayor Gailey and ask your questions. The event is open to the public, please come prepared to participate in meaningful discussions. We look forward to seeing you there!
