The Lake Stevens Police precinct, City Hall, and library buildings are undersized and out-of-date. To continue providing complete service to the Lake Stevens community, an investment is being made into facilities that can support our growth. To that end, the City of Lake Stevens and Sno-Isle Libraries have acquired adjacent properties in central Lake Stevens, which they will develop in partnership to create a joint-use civic campus that will serve the community into the future. Visit the project website for a look at the future of Lake Stevens. The final plan will be presented to Council on September 12th.
