New and returning council members were sworn into office at the City Council meeting on Tuesday December 12.  Oaths were administered to incumbents Kim Daughtry, Gary Petershagen, and Marcus Tagent, along with newly elected Brett Gailey, by city attorney Grant Weed.  Mr. Gailey begins his term with the January 9th council meeting.
