During the week of October 17-21, 2022, the City will be utilizing an aerial drone to conduct a photographic inventory of the shoreline of Lake Stevens.
Funded by a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology, the inventory will be used to document common shoreline conditions of the lake and will help inform the development of a User Guide that aims to clarify and simplify the standards, requirements, and review process for different types of shoreline development, as regulated by city’s Shoreline Master Program (SMP).
For more information on the project, please contact David Levitan, Planning Manager, dlevitan@lakestevenswa.gov or 425-622-9425.
