We want our community to know that the Washington State Department of Transportation rescinded its letter on Friday, November 18, 2022, regarding ADA compliance by the city. 

It’s important that residents know this was not a valid claim and did not cost the city and its taxpayers any money. It also has not impacted the city’s ability to receive federal money for other projects.
