At the November 15, 2022, Council Meeting, Council made a motion to form a subcommittee to review draft Ordinance 1139 relating to short-term rentals (STR). The subcommittee will consist of 6 citizens, 2 Planning Commission members, and 3 Councilmembers. The subcommittee will deliver a draft Ordinance to the City Council by the end of February 2023.
The deadline for letters of interest was on Wednesday, November 23. We thank the community for the interest we received for the STR Subcommittee.
