Mayor Gailey presented a Citizen Award to Tina Mandella, Site Director for the Volunteers of America Lake Stevens Community Resource Center, at the December 13 Council meeting.

Tina was selected by the Mayor for all of her amazing work in the community helping people in need.  He specifically shared a video of Lake Stevens resident, Ramona.  Tina helped Ramona and her son in an incredible way.
