The City Council selected a new Councilmember, Ryan Donoghue, at the December 13 Council Meeting.  

Ryan will fill the vacancy in Council Position #3 previously held by Councilmember Shawn Frederick.  Shawn resigned from the Council effective Monday, December 12.  Mayor Gailey and the City Council thanked Councilmember Frederick for all of this work with the City over the last two years and wished him well in his new endeavors.  

Ryan will fill the vacancy until the next election in November 2023.
