Public Works is excited to announce that we launched our new system, VUEWorks last week. A huge THANK YOU to our crews, leaders and IT support for making it happen! This system will help us to better manage our assets and resources, starting with how we manage requests for work to be done. More features of the system will be implemented in the coming months – please stay tuned for more information.

For those of you using CivicPlus to make requests, this system was officially retired on Friday May 19, 2023. Starting on Monday, May 22, we will launch a new web portal and mobile application called CitizenVUE, where residents and City staff can submit requests for service. 

What do you need to know about CitizenVUE? 

• The app is easy to use, and we encourage you to use it. From the Google Play Store -or- iOS App Store, search for “CitizenVue” and download the app – the logo looks like this: 

• Don’t have a mobile device? You can make requests online through the web portal at https://vueworks.lakestevenswa.gov/CitizenRequestPortal/
