Nathan has lived in Lake Stevens since 2012. He is married to Telisha Packard, and they have 5 children. Nathan was born and raised in Carlsbad, California. After High School he volunteered as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in British Colombia, Canada. He subsequently completed a BS and MS from Brigham Young University, then a PhD from The Ohio State University. Nathan landed a great job at The Boeing Company, and he has been there since. He is currently an Aerodynamics Engineering Manager. Nathan enjoys time with his family, playing and coaching sports, working on cars, camping, and waterskiing. He is committed to finding ways to enhance Lake Stevens, while preserving its unique character and community.
