All service requests using the Citizen Request Portal are promptly answered during regular working days.   

For serious and dangerous water quality spills (involving active water polluters, or large quantities of chemicals or fuel), please call 911 immediately.
For water quality concerns occurring after working hours, on weekends, or on holidays, please call 911, so our on-call staff may investigate.
