Hartford Hall is 3868 square feet (approximately 48' long and 34' wide) and is overlooked by the second-floor rental space, The Stack.  It is ideal for festivals, weddings, or trade shows and is ready for your event’s personal touch with large bay doors, industrial details, and a spacious layout. 

Beer, wine, and champagne service is allowed with a banquet permit. Banquet permits are purchased online from the Washington State Liquor Board.   

Reservations for the Hartford Hall: (Standing room occupancy 213)

Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis up to four months in advance.  

Full payment is due at the time of booking. 

Cost: Visit the Park and Facility Rental Fees page for rental rates, and reservation and security deposit fees.

Cancellations for Hartford Hall: Read the Facility Rental Policy for cancellation policies.

• 12 60” round tables, 18 72” long banquet tables, and folding chairs are included with rental  
• Views of North Cove Park and Lake Stevens
• Speaker system with Bluetooth pairing capabilities and microphone use
